Can VaultXRP recover my wallet if I lose my recovery phrase?+
No. VaultXRP is non-custodial. Your 24-word recovery phrase is generated and stored only on your device. We do not have a copy and cannot recover funds. Please back up your phrase offline in a safe place.
Does VaultXRP hold my XRP?+
No. Your XRP is held on the XRP Ledger, controlled by keys that exist only on your device. VaultXRP is software that lets you sign transactions locally.
Does VaultXRP offer swaps, exchange, or trading?+
No. VaultXRP is a wallet for holding, sending, and receiving XRP and viewing issued tokens. We do not provide swap, exchange, on-ramp, off-ramp, DEX trading, staking, lending, or investment services.
What data does VaultXRP collect?+
VaultXRP does not require an account and does not collect personal data or analytics tied to your identity. See the Privacy Policy for details.
